Each person 18 and older must complete their own individual application ($80 fee for each person) and complete a background/credit screening ($30 fee for each person). Security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Please note that the property has been rented for the months of Dec 2023, Jan 2024, and Feb, 2024.
